Kona Mash-Up - Local information Skyline Cycles   One of the best situated bike shops in the country– with a superb café above, 1st class trails literally starting from the front door, experienced staff who live and breathe the trails and a broad selection of the best bike gear money can buy. The guys from Skyline Cycles are the backbone to this event and only with their help we have been able to come up with the rather unique concept of the Kona Mash-Up. The shop will obviously be open over the event weekend and will try to help out everybody who is either looking for a Kona demo bike, are hunting for some high quality (and trail centre approved) gear or need some quick fixing done. Skyline Cycles are the only place in the UK you can buy the Kona BikePark clothing and demo a Kona Garbanzo Bike.For further details on the shop and its location, to check out what demo bikes there are available and to get an idea of what you can find in the shop please go to: www.skylinecycles.co.uk Dropoff Café  The heart and soul as well as the nerve centre of the Kona Mash-Up. The Dropoff Café makes a great ride perfect. With an extensive menu of wholesome food, chilled drinks, homemade cakes and great coffees the Dropoff Café’ provides après bike feeling like you would normally only find in the Alps. The café will host the signing on as well as the finishing party and (weather providing) will have their mobile setup out on course to provide the riders with 1st class refreshments in between the timed sections. Providing we can get a signal going the timing results will be ‘beamed’ directly to the café for riders to check how they are doing whiles getting their teeth into a ‘Welsh Rabbit’. Camping is not included in the entry fee. Please book your own camping at a location near by or camp at the designated campground for the event. Regarding the parking please make sure that you follow the instructions of the parking staff at all times. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that you can park your vehicle next to your tent.
